I ordered from the Shake Shack app and was never notified any updates on my food, most notably I wasn't informed when my food... was delivered. My food sat outside for 30 minutes and was eaten by a rat. So gross and sad! Was impossible to get a timelyresponse from Shake Shack, the number listed on google for them wasn't linked to their location (or the brand?) so was leftwithout food and without help! Bummed. Don't recommend ordering through their app. Read more
