Worst shake shack I have ever experience, based on more than 10 visits in one month. Almost every time I visit this location I... witness the staff arguing among themselves, and every time this resulted in a very rude, unprofessional and flat out the worstcustomer service ever! Been a long time customer and love their vanilla milkshakes that i always order, but on August 10 2022 around 6:15 pm, i ordered... my regular vanilla milkshake and the lady at the counter confirm3d thay with me 3 times. I kept saying vanilla shake as i alwaysdid but when the order got ready it was vanilla malt shake that i never said, i never even know such thing existed. So i justwent back at the counter and politely asked if it was a mistake and they gave me the wrong shake...then she went back and askedthe lady they took my order if there is a vanilla shake and that black female ( im black too btw) who took my order said somederogatory word and that she confirmed if its malt and i agreed and laughed. I was with my friend and he got mad at her reactionbut said nothing. Some moments later the so called manager came and said that she heard the cashier confirm thr order and that iagreed with an aggressive tone. And even told me thats not how i talk to the cashier. I never said anything aggressively andthere is my friend to back it up. He actually was saying j never approached aggressiverly and its them that was acting up. Ijust want my vanilla milkshake without causing drama and here they are blaming me im causing drama and that i ordered malt shakethat i never even heard before. And they refunded my money while i was thinking they were remaking it never asked for refund. How rude. Never coming back to this weird location again and i saw two people walkk out because they couldnt believe themselveshow they turned the situation back like i was the problem. Poor management and disrespectful employees. This place wont last forlong. GOODBYE. and i always referred shake shack whenever my friends ask for good shakes. Wont reffer for this location forsure. My first time ever to a shake shack. I live around several in the NYC area but never had been. The food was great. Clearly the... hamburgers are cooked fresh to order and I?m thinking with fresh and not frozen beef. The crinkle fries were good as well. We got two shakes during lunch rush. Place appeared unsweetened and in need of a remodel. Friend told me these are best shakes... ever, choice of flavors. Tasted a lot like Wendy's Frosty to me. Read more

My first experience here was okay. I got the chicken bites and a craft beer. Although the chicken bites were very tasty, they... were also overpriced. Almost fifteen dollars for ten not-so-big chicken bites and one drink. The craft beer selection could bebetter as well. On top of that, at least in this location, there were no electrical outlets that I could find near any of theseats. Other than that, my meal was good and I would probably try something else if I come back. Read more
A good burger is what they delivered to me. I have had their fries before, but not today. I recommend getting some cheese to dip... them in. While you're at it order a shake or a concrete too. Read more
I love shake shack but not this location. Their Customer service was good but the food wasn?t. My burger didn?t have any flavor,... the bread was soggy & the fries wasn?t cooked enough. Now, my stomach hurts , I will not be going back to that location! You?llThank me later !! Read more
