So unfortunately this has been the second instance I've came across this establishment in an unprofessional manner. The first... occasion I had my small child with me and asked may she use the restroom and was denied so I left the establishment refusing tospend my money there. Second time I came alone so I made an order everything was fine I got home to taste the teriyaki saucethat taste like it has been stretched out with water that I paid for. I called the establishment to politely complain not onlywas the manager not on duty the employee hung up on me I called back requesting their name, nothing was done. So I decided totake it to pen and paper. Also will be reaching out to corporate along with no longer spending money with that establishment.The lack of regard for customer service skills which is an ability I pride myself on as a former employee of establishments thatoffer a service to the public, to say the least is repulsive and frankly trash. No, just don?t bother. Nobody is wearing hairnets. We have normalized letting these business sell us anything when it comes to... food. I pray some new businesses come to this area that blow these careless businesses out the water. Soda area is dirty,condiments area tray haven?t been cleaned daily you can see old sauce splatter in the bottom of the tray. Ward 8 deserves cleanbusinesses that don?t normalize hair in the food. Every business on that row has had issues with hair in the food over the yearsand I?m not sure if people just aren?t getting online to complain but I?ll be the one to do it each time. Read more
