Fantastic customer service! First, when we arrived every employee was working hard with a smile on their face. They are... enjoying their job. We ordered 2 smoothies, but they said they were out of bananas and couldn?t make them. One employee saidif you?re willing to wait 10 min I?ll run to the store. We waited, and enjoyed our delicious smoothies. The overnight oatswere delicious too. Great service, it?s nice to see that these days. Read more
We come to Gregory?s Coffee often and honestly, all the vegan food options are straight fire. I?m not even vegan, but their... beyond meat breakfast options are on another level. I do enjoy their coffee too. There?s a Starbucks down the road and wehaven?t even gone there because Gregory?s is a step above. Today, we went to Gregory?s and the person at the counter wasadamant that we order a medium, even when we said we always order a small. We relented and ordered a medium for one drink butstuck with a small with the other. The small drink was all ice, barely any latte. I don?t think it?s rude to offer a medium andexplain the price difference, but when it?s insistent, even after we?ve reiterated that small is our preference, it quicklybecomes bad service. I had my second time visit to Gregory?s Coffee in DC. I?ve had them in NYC whenever I visit. I work around here and it?s pretty... neat to do a quick coffee run when I?m staying in late or to stay awake when there?s a concert happening. My first time visit 8months ago wasn?t so good and I figured to give them another try. This time their coffee tastes the same as the one in NY andthe staff seemed to have improved with customer service. I normally love going to Gregory?s but this site should be closed! I ordered the vegan deluxe and I was given a non vegan bacon... sandwich with egg whites! ???? I have allergies to dairy and meat products and I bit into the sandwich thinking it was veganbut boy was I wrong! I spit it out right away and gave it back to the employees at the register and they were so unapologeticabout it as if it was my fault! It wasn?t my fault, I ordered the vegan deluxe and double checked my receipt to make sure it wasright? they were in the wrong! When I finally got my vegan sandwich it was ice cold in some areas, I know they were trying torush it for me but it was disgusting. My coffee order was correct but also equally disappointing as the food! As I mentionedearlier, I love Gregory?s and I love their vegan options! I don?t know how or why this store operates the way they do but I willnever order anything here again and suggest that you don?t as well! Read more
