I work in the building and have been going there since it opened. Staff is usually efficient though I?m often waiting for my... mobile order (I get a sandwich and munchkins usually and regularly have to wait for the munchkins). Major drawback is the hotchocolate machine is perpetually broken. As a non-coffee drinker, I miss out on the free beverage perks because it?s out ofservice. Read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! None of the workers are ever happy or helpful and they will randomly tell... you they can't make certain orders. I asked for a cup of almond milk which should generally be one of the easiest things thesefolks will ever do during the workday. You literally take the lid off and pour the milk into a cup. The lady at the registersaid they don't do that and then proceeded to complain about her work. I would rather walk anywhere else to get coffee. Read more

Convenient location in LOC James Madison bldg. Does get busy but the line moves. Breakfast sandwiches were good.

I came here at least 2-3 times a week and is always great experiences. They are so friendly and make me feel so comfortable .... Plus the donuts are so delicious and warm at times. Read more

It's OK. Sometimes they're a little slow and get confused with the orders. Maybe they should drink some coffee too. It may help.... Other than, they're pretty friendly. The app sucks though! Read more

Update:I previously gave this place 3 stars but after today's experience I had to change my rating. As stated below I've always... struggled with the service. Additionally the people there have always seemed impatient, but today the lady serving me was flatout rude--she got my order wrong and I was trying to explain it to her but she started yelling at me and arguing so finally Ihad to just give in and take it the way it was so we wouldn't make a scene. The food is good but I struggle with the service atthis location--they desperately need to update their self-order kiosks. I have had 2-3 occasions in the past few weeks where Ihave waited forever only to figure out my order wasn't being taken care of because the item I selected on the kiosk eitherwasn't actually on their menu or didn't show up on their tickets. each time someone either had to notice I was standing therefor a long time or I had to go up and say something. Would be a good if they fixed this--until then word of advice, don't orderon the kiosk especially if you're in a rush. Read more

I take advantage of this location daily. Also, with a Dunkin Card, you get perks (current offering is $.99 Medium Iced Coffee... when using Dunkin card to pay!). For cheap coffee, its not bad. Plus, the snack wraps and hash browns are pretty good, too! Read more
