I order car side pickup only to have my order an hour late after the ready indicator . I had to go inside and ask about my order... which apparently wasn't made because it had to be remade. There were 5 people in the store and yet my order took forever tobe made even an hour after I got to the store to pick up my food it's still was not ready that is unacceptable I come here allthe time and now they have a staff thats lazy .No I will never go here again Read more
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Ordered a pizza and garlic twists, was told it would be delivered 30 to 45 min. WHAT A JOKE, after an... hour and 15 min I called and was told ?they were very busy but it just came out of the over and would be delivered in about 10min., I was his first stop.? 30 min later still no pizza. Called to see what was going on and they kept hanging up on me. Bythis time it?s after 9:00 pm and most other pizza places weren?t delivering anymore or weren?t answering their phones. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I stopped by today to ordered a pepperoni pizza and the takeout special was online which is weird because... everywhere else I go I can order the takeout special in the store.Then,it was accidentally a cheese on my part and the cashiertold me we will make you a new one in 15 mins. 15 mins later and I ordered a Uber on time to pick up My pizza,the cashier saidyour pizza is about to be prepared next after waiting that 15 mins already?Uber left me and I don?t understand thisestablishment because it?s literally like 10 people working there and this place is ghetto,ratchet and unprofessional?GOSOMEWHERE ELSE! Order was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. After an hour and no update on the tracker (it still said ?prepping?) I called... the store but no one answered the phones. It was after midnight at this point and we just wanted to cancel but there was nooption online, so we just went to bed. Food was good, but it took 1.5 hours to get my order, which was well over the 45-55 minute estimated timeframe. I was hosting my... husband?s coworkers and they were left hungry for an abnormal amount of time, leaving me embarrassed. I tried calling the storemultiple times to check-in on my order and they would not answer the phone. I also tried using the contact center, to noavail. It is clear that both timing and communication have been consistent issues with this location previously and thatmanagement has done nothing to address these problem areas. Absolute worst - pizza arrived very late, and was cold and stale. They said they would give me a refund or credit for another... pizza but never did. Tried contacting the store several times to follow-up but no answer. Horrible customer service and horriblepizza. Don?t waste your money. Read more
Pizza was good, but had the WORST customer service. I ordered ahead online, and I called to confirm it was on it's way and the... guy kept hanging up on me. Finally on my 4th call, I simply said "why do you keep hanging up on me?", and he didn't answer butat least ask questions about my order. Then, he literally started YELLING at me, saying I didn't tell him that i ordered aheadonline. Literally yelling. I was so shocked, I was speechless. Then hung up on me again.
