This location was not the best. they didn?t tell us they was out of food until we order drinks then they serve us the wrong... food. This is a family establishment but they was not equipped to handle the big crowd that was coming in this is my opinion. Wehave had the Hot honey pizza and they didn?t serve us what we asked for they serve my daughter hot chicken when she asked withno sauce then was told that it would be a little weight for her to get what she ordered but we didn?t have the time I think thatwas unprofessional when we asked for no sauce. our waiter act like she didn?t want to be there and when we asked for asupervisor we never got one. I got to take my birthday freebie wings from this branch today. Their service was super. ???????? I ordered the parmesan garlic... boneless chicken wings, and I highly highly recommend it! So juicy and crispy at the same time. Read more

Not only was the service terrible the staff was unethical. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I?ve ever visited. I can see... why this chain is in decline. First, I ordered via the QR code. After ~1hour our server said boneless wings were no longavailable, and asked if we wanted traditional instead. Despite it already being an hour, we agreed because at that point we wereemotionally invested in getting our wings. After yet another hour, we still didn?t get our wings (and side sauces) so we askedthe server to cancel them and to give us our receipt. At this point, first the server brought back the receipt with theundelivered wings still on it. After asking twice, the wings were removed from our paper receipt, but after checking our mobileorder tab, we noticed she?d just moved the items onto the mobile order and our card would still be charged for food we nevergot. So on top of terrible service, they behaved entirely unethically and tried to charge us for food we never got. Oh and bythe way they never ?make it right? like they seem to pretend they do in their google customer replies. Avoid this location ifyou even want the semblance of a meal or half-decent service. We went there wanting to eat dinner and relax. You get seated by the people working the to go food area. While it was a Saturday... night the place was nearly empty, only a few tables had diners. The 2 people working the register that were supposed to seat uscompletely ignored us. We waited until all customers were gone and the guy walked past us to go to the back, the girl walkedpast us to clear tables. It was completely disrespectful. I went to where a waitress was texting on her phone and she said theyseat me but I can sit down wherever. She then went to the back. Herself and another waiter walked by twice, and the registerstaff also, all ignoring us. It was pretty clear we weren?t the right type of people to get service. Very disheartening afterhaving nothing but great experiences in the area all weekend. They sure stood out as a place to avoid, pathetic. Read more

So at 1030pm I wanted to place a order via telephone to pick up my food. I called numerous of times to place and order but no... one picked up my calls. So after being frustrated I decided to just go in person to place and order to go. When I arrived Inoticed there was trash on the floor by the front desk area with several employees walking past the litter with no regards topick it up with customers inside. So I asked 3 employees if the phone works and they said yes. I then proceeded to call andnoticed the phone did work however no one decided to pick up the phone (you will see the reason why) so I said whatever and justplaced my order to go after placing my order to go and having a seat by the front door. 11p rolls around the staff tellssecurity to secure through doors from customers entering but can exit. They said they aren't taking anymore orders nor are theyallowing anymore customers in to be seated. I was a bit baffled at this because the signs posted stated they close at 12am andnot 11pm. After seeing all these reviews I decided to write my own experience but I also noticed its an on going situation withthis location with consistent bad reviews with no changes occurring. Employees here not in appropriate uniform ( saggingjeans/holes in clothing/flip flops) trash on the floor/ poor customer service. I will not be coming back to this location andwouldn't recommend. While on vacation we ordered from this location. The food itself tasted fine, which is why I?m leaving a 3 star instead of... lower. When our bag was delivered, the receipt clearly showed our order correctly but we were missing all of the ranch, veggies,and forks for the boneless wings. As a business owner myself, I usually have sympathy for mistakes, and chalk it up to Sh!thappens sometimes. But given the reviews for this store, this seems to be the norm. I don?t see many complaints about thecooking, but it sounds like they need a new front of house. Read more

I almost never give a 1star rating. But the service was so bad... I could see my drinks sitting at the bar table for 20min and... after repeated reminders the server told they are not ready. And went to pick up my drinks. I order large cauliflower wings andshe told me they don't have them. But they have two small cauliflower wings. Not sure what the difference there. One servershould spoil the experience at a place. I am not surprised to see lots of 1 star reviews in the past week. Read more
