I’ve been going to Aatish on the hill since I was young and they have never disappointed. My favorite dishes are the butter... chicken and lamb josh paired with the best naan’s served from any restaurant. As a frequent customer they’ve educated me onmany of the dishes and how everything is prepared. Unlike other endo Pak restaurants they use a charcoal tandoori which reallybrings true quality to their naan breads. They explained how it’s more expensive and a lot more maintenance to keep thecharcoal tandoori but that’s what puts them ahead of other restaurants. I ordered a dish that is vegetarian at every other restaurant I’ve ever ordered from, off of the veggie section of their menu,... and and confirmed it didn’t list meat as an ingredient. Food arrived and contained Chicken. Delivery was handled by therestaurant directly, so I can’t even blame a third party service. Would highly recommend that anyone with dietaryrestrictions or ingredient preferences never go here because what you order might not be what you get. Samosa had a weird smell as rotten food, Goat Karahi was practically meat immersed in oil with no other taste. I felt I orderedoil instead of food.
