All we can say is WOW! And Thank you! For all the locals, as well as visitors to the area, you are truly missing out on... something special and unique if you don't pay them a visit. It was a very stormy night and I made reservations to celebrate mywife's birthday (as well as my own) and Chef Flemming and Josh did not disappoint one bit. A bouquet of flowers and a bottle ofProsecco chilled on ice were waiting for us at our table. Upon arrival we were greeted like old friends. Their hospitality andattentiveness to detail and the occasion made us feel right at home. We loved the decor and the overall vibe. The duck springrolls (a must) were off the charts delicious and we couldn't get enough of the fried rice that had just the right kick to it.The added sampling of home made bacon jam on crostini to start things off made it a most memorable night. The entire meal frombeginning to end was top notch and not to be outdone you should know that Josh brews a mean pot of coffee! Thanks again foreverything and we wish you all the success you deserve now and in the future for all your hard work. Can't wait to come back! Read more

Just celebrated our anniversary at this New Hidden Valley restaurant. Delicious. We shared a lovely Buretta flatbread with bacon... jam& it was worth the slight wait. I loved my Pad Thai with shrimp; the rice noodles were perfectly cooked, the egg wasfluffy, the seasonings great, the chef even prepared the shrimp with the tails off (as it should always be, but often isforgotten)! My spouse had the chef special omelet of the day& didn?t leave a speck on the plate! I tried the butterfly lemonade,it was pretty and different. Hats off to you all I hope more people discover you. Love the new colors and energy. Best wishesfor success. Read more

Yum yum yum!! Our only regret is that we live in Washington Depot and didn?t try out this new-ish place sooner. The eclectic... menu delivers 5* food. We each ordered salmon sliders, Vermicelli noodle with shrimp and beef tacos and loved every bite. Service is attentive and professional. Food is excellent - we will definitely go back and try the dinner menu. A hidden gem.Highly recommend! Read more

We had finished hiking at Hidden Valley Preserve and needed to eat. Came across Flemming?s and decided to give it a try. We had... our puppy with us and they let her join us at a table outside. They even brought her a bowl of water. We were worried that ourattire wasn?t appropriate because we had just finished hiking but they did not seem to mind and made us feel very welcome. Thefood was delicious. BBQ chicken flatbread, house salad, fried rice with shrimp?it was so good. Dakota (the puppy) had a cheddarand bacon omelet which she highly recommends. We drove an hour and a half to visit the Preserve and I would gladly drive thehour and a half again just to eat there. If you haven?t tried Flemming?s do yourself a favor and check it out! Read more

Wow! Flemings is a hidden gem. Excellent food, creative menu, and top-notch service. Started with watermelon gazpacho -a sublime... concoction perfect on a summer night-followed by a juicy 8oz farm raised hamburger with bacon jam and fries. Best burger I?vehad in Litchfield County. Ditto for the pad Thai. Added plus: dining outdoors under the towering pines on a quiet Friday nightin the Depot. Read more

I was kind of disapointed in their variety of menu choices and prices. Their pizza was undercooked and overpriced. Maybe things ... will improve over time. Washington now has a total of 13 restaurants. I decided to give the restaurant a second chance andordered a bbq chicken pizza (aka flatbread). It was quite good and different. However I really don't want to spend $20 for ahalf size pizza (aka flatbread). See photo..yes that's a pizza (aka flatbread) next to a quarter. (Aka 25 cents) Read more

Just had a delicious dinner! For appetizer, we had the best brussels sprouts we've had in a long time, and for entrees my... friend and I shared the salmon and the bacon jam burger. The salmon was cooked as we requested and in a delicious sauce and theburger was as good as anticipated. Angie our waitress was the best. Highly recommend this place - it's new and deserves atry. We are definitely going back! Read more
