Yummy food and smoothies, but this particular location needs more employees or better training. They always seem short staffed... and the wait is insane on the weekends. Came here today and waited forever for my smoothie. They forgot my peanut butter sorather than remaking it they put it back in the blender again. By the time it got to me it was straight water and dripping allover the side. Super bummed to spend all that money and felt like I wasted it. Read more
First time eating here. Ordered the chicken ranch club flatbread, they had just ran out of bacon but the sandwich was still... delicious. The kale/apple slaw was EXCELLENT. Staff was prompt and courteous. And the dining room was immaculate. Read more
We love the food and smoothies but I can?t give more than 2 stars for how terribly slow it is at this location. I?m sitting in... the drive thru now and have been for close to 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. I had to wait at the speaker at least5 minutes before they even took my order. It?s no better ordering on the app. My food is never ready when it should be. Onlycome here if you have all the time in the world! Read more
SLOW! Need I say more. It takes about 10 minutes between cars. I swear everytime I come here they take about my full 1 hour... lunch to get a dang smoothie through the drive through. They have no process what so ever when it comes to being quicker. I feellike open a smoothie company and quoting "Quicker then Tropical Smoothie." How ironic is their cups? Is this them being awarethey are slow? I don't think it is the staffs fault, but I do believe management can so better employing and scheduling. We stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe this morning for breakfast as the options are limited around town. We were surprised by the... options available and also included their regular menu as well. The wraps were very good and flavorful. We would definitely eathere again. We didn't try smoothies, but they had an fairly large flavor menu to choose from. Very clean and staff wasfriendly. Would recommend!! The smoothies arn't cheap, but for good reason! Very quality smoothies, Paradise Point never goes wrong! I've... eaten here a few times and the food isn't as impressive. I mean, it tasted good, but certainly nothing special and less worththe money. Small portions. Tasty nonetheless, if you're lookin for a good smoothie, this is certainly a solid option and will begoing here again! Read more
