This is the best Taco Bell here. I have never had a problem with staff being rude, in fact they are pretty friendly and make the... experience that much more enjoyable. I have however, ordered through the app and waited an entire hour in the lobby and I hadplaced the order about 20 minutes before I arrived. Eventually they had me write my order down. Long story short they made mewait for an hour, write down my order, and then say they are sorry and not give me my drink. First. I understand staffing shortages. No problem here. Second. I even understand orders placed on-line being ahead of me.... Third. Staff is friendly and very APOLOGETIC. Why? Because of 30 minute in-store wait times! I and at least 3 other customerswatched as 27 orders went out the window compared to 3 in-store orders filled! But when an order placed 10-15 minutes AFTER mein exactly the same way-kiosk, payment at kiosk-got their order before me, I was done! I finally asked for a refund. The on-dutycould only explain that one side of the food line is for window orders. She couldn?t explain to me why it isn?t ?first in, firstout? or why an order placed after me went out first. I had ordered chalupas 2 times before, and both times the shells were hard as rock and cold. Figured I'd give them one last... chance. Even asked if they would make sure the chalupa shells were fresh and not hard and cold. "Absolutely, no problem" was theresponse. Pull up to the window where a young kid with brown hair was waiting, I said hi. No response, no "your total is"nothing. Handed him my card. He gave it back, I said thank you. Once again nothing from him. Handed me my order without mydrink. Asked for my drink, no words from him at all. Gave me my drink, and I said thank you, he just turned and closed thewindow! THEN I get home a block away, chalupas were ice cold and hard as a rock and not even wrapped. I hope the districtmanager and franchise owners read these reviews! I managed a taco bell many years ago and I would never let my employees actlike this kid at the window nor would I let a customer have chalupa shells that had obviously been sitting on the rack way pastthe acceptable time frame. Especially when the customer explained the twice bad experience with that same issue! What a shamethis place is. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worker working the window was horrible. She was not nice whatsoever. My food not... only tasted/felt like it was cooked yesterday and served today 12/4 but there was old lettuce in it. The employee who shouldn'teven be working in customer service if she doesn't have customer services skills ???? basically threw a fit that THEY forgot afew of our items...
