Placed a mobile order to pick up through drive thru, pulled up and there is a sign to come inside the store to pick up ALL... mobile orders. Went inside and sat for at least 10 minutes at the front counter and not one worker came up to help me. Finallygot fed up and got back in my car to pick it up through the drive thru, took another 15 minutes when i was the only person inthe drive thru. Go anywhere else!!!! Read more
Taco shells were stale on a couple different tacos. Tacos were not as full as at other locations. At least 4 drink selections... were out of service. The parking lot seemed small. The whole dining room seemed small and set up weird with just tiny tables inthe middle. The burritos were good. The nacho fries were ok. The service was ok. Meh. Read more
Worst service of anywhere in St. George. Just consistent terrible service. Rude staff, missing items EVERY time. Staff refuses... to help anyone who comes into the lobby. If you want any kind of help you have to go to the drive-thru and wait in the superlong and slow line only to get home and find they forgot some items . Read more
I pulled up to the speaker and started to order, I was attempting to change the crunchy taco on the 6 meal to a doritos loco... taco thing whatever. When I arrived the girl on the speaker immediately had an attitude with me, I asked for a moment to look atthe menu and she seemed annoyed that i even needed a moment. When i started ordering I mispoke due to personal anxiety andstarted to fix my mistake when she snapped at me, She started saying I didnt really want a #6 and she couldnt change the taco, idont care that the taco couldnt be changed I was mostly shocked by how she thought she could talk down to me so much. Shelaughed at me and my friend in the car as we attempted to explain our order. She yelled at us to give her a moment presumably totalk to a coworker and laugh at us some more. After another moment of her laughing at us and giving us attitude I canceled myorder and drove away. This was at 3 pm today and I am still apalled at the customer service at this location. I have workedplenty of customer service jobs and i have never had a reason to treat someone how I was treated today over a damn taco bellmeal. Read more
We went inside and put in an order to go. The inside seemed really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an overall... good experience but our tacos tasted old and my chicken chalupa tasted off. Read more
I came here today, and I was blown away by the customer service. I was not sure what I wanted, and the employee who was helping... me gave me a great recommendation. I ended up loving what i got, and it was made fresh too! What really topped everthing offthough was when we got to the pick up window. The employee named Eddy was incredibly nice and was very helpful, and he was theone that made me decide to leave a good review! Read more
Ordered the Burrito Supreme combo. Paid additional charge for extra beef on the burrito. And asked for hot sauce packets. I had... it delivered since I'm stuck at a repair shop. The Uber driver was good. Taco Bell not so good. I got a burrito that was a messand stuck to the paper. It mainly had lots of water downed beans and definitely no extra ground beef which I paid for. The tacohad hard dried cheese on it. No hot sauce packets either. I would not recommend this taco bell. Read more
These guys are good. I will give them 5 stars when they get unsweetened iced tea. Everytime I order they don?t have it.... Literally over 50 orders there is no iced tea. They said iced tea expires after 8 pm. I just got off the phone with them. Evenwhen I order early in the day, no iced tea. Attitude was given when I asked about it. Don?t get me wrong they are good. Willchange review once iced tea gets brewed. Just tired of them not making it. I worked at Taco Bell on St. George blv in 2016 so Iknow the procedures on it. Just make it please. Read more
