It was a just a impulse buy and a quick to eat situation before work but it gave me some serious quiet time that I needed. I waited 15 minutes and rushed to the store. That took another 15 minutes. Came back to Taco Bell and my order wasn?t even... processed. I asked if my order was ready. They didn?t even know people ordering on the kiosk have been waiting for awhile. Custhat was like 30-40 minutes. The whole place seemed unorganized. Like a crazy classroom. Get new staff. Picking up an order of two burritos and i spent 20 minutes waiting for it inside. The cashier said there?s only one person on... the line and two people were chatting 1/2 that time and doing nothing. People that ordered while I waited got their food beforeme. It was awful! Read more

So tired of restaurants lately!!! First off I have gotten the Nachos Bell Grande for several years it used to come with some... green onions on the top last time I ordered it last week it didn't have any so I asked today and the kid acted like he didn'tknow what I was talking about then I opened the thing since when is it just refried beans and no beef on top about threetomatoes which makes me think about 2 weeks ago I went to another Taco Bell and I always get the Powerball and they didn't haveany black beans and they wanted to give me refried beans this must be the new thing cuz they're cheaper. Then I open up my $7.50taco it was supposed to be the chalupa with the cheese crust which was $4.79 then I asked for it to be with chicken they chargedme another $1.10 for chicken??!!! then I said I wanted it to be a supreme and he charged me another 80 cents. I open up thewrapper first it's not even the taco that I wanted it's not the cheese chalupa and then when you open it where's the chicken Ipaid extra for ridiculous well won't be going to Taco Bell anymore either Read more
Fast and courteous staff. Food was perfect! Clean facility.
We have been so irritated with this tacobell the last few times we?ve been here. First time they forgot our cinnamon twists.... Which was fine, they are only $1 and they are busy so I understand some things get missed. Then the next time they forgot one ofthe burritos. Again, it?s annoying but fine. Third time they missed the cinnamon twists and completely got the entire orderwrong. We are two people who order 1-2 things each off the $1-$2 menu. So to constantly keep messing up a simple order with 4items is pretty frustrating. We can?t even go back and get it fixed because we are on a time limit for lunch. So here we arewriting this review while being forced to eat food that we didn?t even want. Every time we do order and get up to the secondwindow it?s a bunch of high schoolers who are just messing around and throwing stuff everywhere. Not even working from the looksof it?? Where?s the person in charge and making sure everything is getting done? I just want to be able to get my correct order.I?ve also attached a photo of the receipt and one of the items that I?m currently eating. As you can see, hard shell taco is noton that receipt.
