Samy was great! But the fact management sucked at scheduling it was just her and she had a long line plus to go orders. Poor... thing looked like she was about to cry. Honestly if she just would have walked out I wouldn?t have blamed her.I swear I sawanother employee walk in and if they did they didn?t come out and help her! Give her a raise and hire more people! It was really good! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I tried the Baja steak sandwich and it did not... disappoint! I had to go back and get this sub again! So yummy! I took my son today to celebrate a mountain biking win! Read more

What ever happened to good customer service? It is a thing of the past. Don't expect to be treated like a customer at this... place. I'm going to reference the exact same issue as Benjamin's issue below. I have visited this place for years, I havebought the same either BMT or Tuna sandwiches both here and on River road every single weekend for years. I go in tonight toget a 12 inch tuna sub, and a new worker is working the counter. She is nice, but asking the manager/co-worker how many scoops,the manager tells her "4", so without any supervision, she proceeds to place 4 tiny scoops on the sandwich. Most of the basewas so thin, it was hard to even cover the bread. I ask politely to add more, and the co-worker immediately intervenes andtells me that it will cost me extra. I explained that I get these all the time, and there is next to nothing there. I getinformed that the co-worked also does this every day and its fine. OK then....I say, go ahead then I'll pay extra, but I won'tbe back. Didn't seem to make any difference. The new help was nice, and even stated they thought it looked to them like it waspretty thin. What else Can I say? I look at my receipt and paid $1.60 extra for a sandwich that wasn't even on par withnormal. Needless to say, I hope the Buck Sixty was worth my weekly business. Actually terrible- and thats coming from someone who loves Subway sandwiches. I usually order from the subway in Washington but... they werent taking online orders today. We ordered ahead online so everything was written down for the sandwich artist andsomehow they really messed it up. Not only was the bread seriously doughy and it certainly didnt get toasted as we requested.But they have successfully ruined my kid's Halloween. The 6" tuna sub for my 6yr old was a pretty simple set up with lettuce,tomatoes, and cheese. No sauce. Somehow it ended up with another sandwiches toppings and sauce. Lets just say it was soridiculously spicy even I wouldnt eat. It burned to even look at. My son who started eating before we realized it- Startedcrying and coughing so hard at the spice that he threw up all over his halloween costume. Thanks subway. Read more
5 stars for the young man with long hair (didn?t get his name) working today 11/26 at 2pm he was the only one working with a... constant line to the door and was absolutely killing it with a good attitude!
