Excellent service and pretzels! I got the regular pretzel bites, and the cinnamon ones, both tasted great. Josh and Dawson were... so friendly and made me want to come again Read more

The kids making the pretzels we?re wearing multiple rings (not a wedding ring) on their un-gloved hands while touching the... dough, clearly a food safety violation. Chaotic & unpleasant service. Will not eat here again, based on cleanliness alone. Read more

Good eats, but the employees working there today don't wear masks. The bigger guy with the glasses working the front next to the... register NEEDS to be more sanitary. Not supposed to wipe ANY part your face with your gloves on and then dish up and servefood!! VERY UNSANITARY!!!! I won't be going back if the employees don't know how to use health and safety. When I went to red cliff mall to the pretzel maker with my grandma we have always received wonderful service from kylee. She has... a great personality and when we came we were acknowledged by her didn?t have to wait to be helped. If it were up to me she wouldget a raise. My grandma and I are definitely coming back because of her amazing service. You are very lucky to have workthere???? Read more

Stood in line for 10 min. 3 workers two making pretzels and one taking orders ,getting customers orders ready and stocking stuff... between each customer. 2 hours before closing I ask for box of pretzel bites for my family and was told they can?t make boxorders that close to closing. But could continue to make large cups of pretzel bits and could sell me those but not put them inthe box. Made no sense at all while they continuously had pretzel bites being made for the next two hours. Horrible customerservice and poor excuse for not wanting to do your job. Read more

It?s nice to see companies stay safe and sanitary during these times, they are not one of them. Zero masks on any employees. I... was shocked. While waiting in line we watched an employee throw dough at another employee then continue to make a pretzel. Hewas not wearing gloves or a mask. He had the food right up to his face breathing on it and laughing. Truly, it was justdisgusting. If there?s a kid there making your food with blonde curly hair just leave. Sick. Read more

During a time of pandemic it is good to see restaurants taking extra precautions to avoid the spread of viruses. However, this... is not one of those restaurants. Angie wore her mask proudly around her chin (rendering it completely useless), would put aSharpie in her mouth, then take the now saliva covered marker and write on cups, then use her now moistened and ungloved hand toget pretzels. One of the staff members was making pretzels, also without gloves or a mask. Only one employee was properlyprotected, and his job at the moment was making cups of cheese. So, while the pretzels are enjoyable, the clearly blatantdisrespect for the customers health is a great concern. Read more
