My daughter wanted to come over and bring some pizza while we were painting my bedroom I know I can be quite picky maybe because... I am Italian and from New York but my goodness we've had pizza from other places this was the worst rubber dough it was justlike eating the worst bread you could think of. Placed a very large order here (>25 pizzas) for a party. The staff was accommodating and had our order ready on time. Everything... on the order was completed correctly, even our special dietary restriction items. The staff was very friendly. I wish this wasmy regular Papa John?s location. Read more
Are you serious?? I am nervous to think about what the hell really happened to my Works specialty pizza. We drove down to St... George to bury my Mother in Law. I had just spent 5 hours in the car with my family and my brother in law. I was reallylooking forward to this pizza. Came away from this experience super disappointed. I placed an order just over $40 for delivery, was told it would be 31-41 minutes. ok, no big deal. order showed up 45 minutes,... not bad right? Wrong. I ordered extra garlic (4) with my custom pizza, chicken BBQ wings, brownie for desert and a 2-liter. Theygave me my food (pizza, chicken, brownie and drink) they gave me ONE order of RANCH in the pizza box, not even A garlic cup, notONE. This was not what I paid for now was expecting. I wasn't even given utensils for the chicken. So I called the store tryingto get things figured out so I can eat...I've now been on hold for 30 minutes having the phone ring and then transferred to somerecording that is on repeat of what the best part of the pizza, then back to the phone ringing. Now my pizza is cold. The choiceof Papa John's for dinner was a complete waste of time and a complete disappointment. Read more
With two employees covering register, preparing dough and making pizzas on a busy night, they could have had more help. The... pizza was ordered to be half one style and half the other...it was more like 75% and 25%, and the 25% that was meant to beveggie garden hardly had anything on it. We were very disappointed at the quality of food received. My wait time was more thantriple than originally quoted, and several other customers showed their own discomfort. I highly recommend further action istaken to avoid this in the future. Read more
We frequently order pizza from this location and the one in Washington. Our food has always been great! Tonight we ordered... delivery. It arrived hot and fresh, and the driver was very friendly. Everything was made just as we ordered it. I know thereare times when they are short staffed just like everywhere else. I'm personally thankful for everyone working so that I canstill have food delivered. Thank you for always bringing us a delicious dinner when we don't want to cook or go out! You guysare awesome!! Total rip off. $38 for 1 large pizza and a cookie. Call to see what cost so much since my dad ordered and was interrupted by the... manager and talked to in a condescending manner. Also their ordering goes to a call center so you don't talk to the store andgive your credit card to a third party company not based on the United States. Read more
