This is the worst el pollo loco I have been too. After being told I had to pick up my online order in the drive thru then going... to the drive thru only to be told go back out front and wait. They didn?t give me any forks to eat with. Then they told me I hadto go back thru the drive thru to get forks. Then the employee yelled explicits at me thru the drive thru. I wish a owner wouldcontact me so I can explain how his employees are treating customers. Read more
Have gone to this location twice this week just before 9pm (853pm and 855pm) and both times the dinning room and drive through... were already closed. They do NOT close at 930pm. The last time we went there was a pick-up ordering in front of our vehicle at855pm and when we pulled up to the ordering speaker we got the "we're sorry we are currently closed, please return during ournormal hours." 5 stars based on it being a fast food chicken place. I ordered a family feast through the drive through and got the food... immediately as I drove up. I was really surprised with everything that came with it. I avoided this place for years based onthe poor reviews but I wish I had been there before. This location near jack in the box is almost always closed when I come here and I?m a weekly customer I?m disappointed over and... over again by the employees and management at this location they close early and never open its 7:24 pm and they are closed justlike the day before. 8-08-21 HORRIBLE ? ? WORST El Polo Loco I?ve ever been. ????The chicken was over grilled, dry and tasteless. The grilled... master was kinda rude. I ordered a whole chicken and asked to do not cut it. He refused, without giving any explanation, saidthey had to cut it ???? Half of the salsa they gave me had gone bad. They have some issues with ventilation. The place was fullof smoke AND FLIES !!! Have never encountered so many flies at any restaurant. I will never come back to this location. I went to this location, I had ordered online and I had thought I ordered an extra side of rice but oddly it didn't get into my... online. I told it to the worker when I went inside and she was very helpful and gave me the side of rice I needed from my order.She was very kind and helpful. Service was very quick. Food quality was great. My wife and I enjoy coming here and ordering foodthere, we look forward to eating at our local El Pollo Loco again! :) Read more
