Holy flavor explosion! If you prefer bland, boring food, keep driving because this place isn?t for you. The concept is simple.... Korean rice bowls is the primary staple on the menu. You choose your preferred protein and your sauce. The sauces are ranked1-10 based on how spicy they are. I really like spice so I went with an 8. It was a little spicier than I expected but stillvery tolerable. If you?re not into spicy food, I?d recommend sticking to sauces 1-4. I must say this place is certainly become one of my guilty pleasures if you are not into spicy but still looking for an exotic... taste I recommend spicy level 4. It has just enough zest to make it interesting, but not so much that you can?t finish the meal.The Korean style barbecue is my first option, pot stickers are a treat as well! Read more

Fantastic concept, good food, well executed! We tried Cupbop for the first time today and it was a fun experience. Choose your... meat, choose your sauce, they put it in a bowl and you shake it up and eat it. So you get to play with your food as an addedbonus. Read more
