On November 18, 2022, at approximately 9:20 PM, a tragedy occurred. I ordered ?oreo, cookie dough vanilla ice cream?? the worker... responds ?oh, i?ve never made that one, ha ha?, as if that?s supposed to reassure me that my dessert is going to meet theexpectation. as it?s being made until the completion, i?m sitting in silence watching her whip up some ice cream with a purplehue, which the ice cream in the picture was just vanilla ice cream. I decided to give the employee the benefit of the doubt, andwith the first bite of ice cream was met with the most unexpected, unpleasurable taste. The purple paste reminded me of toothfluoride and I?m almost certain was not supposed to be an ingredient in my order. If this wasn?t already a less than enjoyableexperience, to top things off, I found a hair in the ice cream while sorting around deciding whether it was worth eating. DOBETTER COLDSTONE! Read more
Good ice cream. Average service. Lots of choices, almost too many.
Edit: Super nice crew there right now. Always fun to go in and get ice cream. Still no hairnets, but haven't had hair in there... for a while. Original: For the love of all that is holy .... Good ice cream. I like that you can mix and match flavors and add in toppings. There were young staff members that were not very... friendly when I was there. Read more
2 employees and only one serving customers. Tables dirty, place messy, server was colder than the ice cream and zero personality... and SUPER SLOW! We waited 35 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Outside tables messy and filthy. So sad to see a nicefranchise do so poorly. Read more
This is the one place I would truly hate to lose. I love the banana ice cream with a brownie and the employees are always great.
Cold Stone is my all time favorite ice cream! I love their banana, so good! You should try the founders favorite with banana ice... cream, mmmm. This is also a great location, there is lots of outdoor seating in a very lively place. I do miss the fountain, butnot Cold Stones fault. Read more
So we came in to retrieve a gift card and apparently it wasn't for this location. So she told us she did all the marketing for... the store (like they meant anything to us) and told us to pound sand. A smart business person would honor the coupon and wewould be regulars. The 50 cents worth off I've cream she didn't give us will cost her a heck of a lot more in lost revenue. Read more
