We keep trying to come back because it's the only Chipotle in town but tonight was the last time. This place is absolutely... trash. The service there is garbage, the manager doesn't give a F about guests/complaints and 9x's out of 10 the bowls eithercontain the wrong ingredients making it unsafe for us to eat (allergies) or is ½ empty because they've completely skimmed onmaking it. I wish I could give this a good review because we LOVE Chipotle.. but this location needs to be retrained andrestaffed asap. Read more
Great and fast service. The food was good as usual.
Got a gift card for a friend. Every time they've tried to go into the store and use it, the card reader has been broken. Online... ordering doesn't allow you to use a gift card. We tried to call ahead to see if it was fixed before driving there inperson--after four calls and 25 minutes later, we'd only gotten endless ringing or a bot that was no help whatsoever. Food isfine when you're able to purchase it but good grief trying to get it has been a pain. Read more
Horrible experience at this location! Whoever manages this place sure needs to be sat down and talked to. Food was disgusting,... employees rude, and the entire store looked like a pig pen. Have been to many Chipotle?s since we are from California where theyabound and this one totally disappoints. The food was overall okay. The brown rice was dry though so it took away from the experience. I was thinking of giving the... restaurant 3 stars but I had to take one away because a good majority of the tables were dirty. Even the tables that were wipedoff weren?t cleaned throughly. Read more
I visited this Chipotle during a road trip. Got a grilled chicken burrito and enjoyed my quick lunch. There are seats both... inside and outside. Service was friendly and efficient. It's located in a big plaza so it would be great place to make a stopduring a road trip. Read more
I asked if I could get a cheese quesadilla, and the chipotle employee told me i couldn?t get a regular one, and that i?d need to... get a kid?s quesadilla. it came in a burrito bowl container with no sides. this was a small (8in?) flour tortilla folded inhalf- and I was charged $10!! i tried calling but there is absolutely no where to reach a live person. I am extremelydisappointed, as every time this week i?ve gotten a different answer from the employees when asking about it. the first time,they told me i could get a kids quesadilla plain (no sides) and it was $2.50. last time, i asked and the employee told me icould get a full size quesadilla if i got sides. this time, i was told i can only get a quesadilla online. I got the new garlic guajillo steak burrito, and it was a really good, unique flavor. My only issue is the employees moved so... fast I didn?t have time to tell them I only wanted a little bit of pico before they had put a lot, but they were understandingand had it taken care of. Read more
