When I am craving a burger quick, this is definitely the spot. They get their orders out fast and knock on wood, been great... about not messing up the order. I received the items that I ordered. 2 Beyond Famous Star combos, minus cheese and mayo. Hey so if I add cheese to something,... it is an extra charge. So clearly the cheese has monetary value. If I ask for the cheese to be removed from something, the pricedoes not go down. Carl's Jr corporate! Went thru the drive through, ordered a Carl's Famous Star Single Medium combo with fries and Dr. Pepper. Window person was... pleasant. Received Famous Star Double burger, Dr. Pepper and fries in a paper sack as opposed to a box. Meal was supposed tobe just under $10. Charge was over $13. Burger had two (2) loosely wrapped wrappers around it instead of being neatly wrappedaround the burger. Presentation was indicative of poor training OR quality complacency. There are two (2) of these franchisesin Saint George, UT, both owned by the same person. I have unsuccessfully attempted to reach the owner several times to suggestimprovements without response. Will select competitors like Wendy's, Sonic, In 'N Out, etc. until Carl's Jr. product comes upto corporate standards. Read more
Specifically ordered a burger with only cheese and extra pickles. Even asked which burger they would recommend if that?s what I... wanted. Told them again I wanted no other toppings on it. They put every other topping on it, including tons of ketchup which Ihate. One of my daughters chicken strips was a shriveled little stick of breading, basically. Hardly any chicken in it at all. This location was a very good experience. The staff on duty were very nice, and the food they made was notably enjoyable. They... were timely in getting the food out and were polite about not having certain items in stock. The location itself was clean androomy. It was a bit cold, but the weather is hot outside so this is to be expected. The place looked like they keep up withcleaning and upkeep. I only ordered takeout, so I didn't see their bathrooms, but if their dining area is anything to go off,I'd say it would most likely be clean and sanitary. This is a great stop if you're on a road trip. Would recommend to anyonethat needs something good to eat quick. Read more
Order # 13547895523502. Would have given a negative star. This is the worst Carls Jr I have ever been to. Three times in as many... months they have messed up the food or tried to over charge. This time I ordered three lettuce wrapped (low carb) famous starsfor my wife. She has celiac disease and can't have bread. Got out to my vehicle and everyone had a bun on it. I tried to go inand talk to the "shift lead" Christian B. He was very rude, gave attitude, and called me liar. Showed him the bun burgers and hetook them back. He went back where they make the food. Threw away empty wrappers and came back too quick to have made newburgers wrapped in lettuce. He gave me three styrofoam containers. The pictures show what they did. My wife became very sickafter eating. They have never gave me the low carb famous stars in styrofoam containers before. So I believe he wanted the otherburgers back so there would be no record of the mistake. I also believe he just took the buns off the burgers and put them inthe containers. I hope the manager reads this and does something about it. It is bad customer service and a health risk. Read more

Service was good. I have not eaten here for a long time as it did not smell clean. Today I was pleased with how clean it was.... It smells like bleach clean but maybe used a bit to much. Ceiling could us new tiles. Read more
