Ordered a hot Bobby with no cranberry. Couldn?t follow simple instructions. We asked them 3 time if there was no cranberry.... Ruined my sandwich and they?ve turned their phones off. So I can?t even call. Read more

Honestly can?t figure out how this place has such good reviews. That was the most dry sandwich I?ve ever eaten. And it wasn?t... cheap. 10$ for a sh*ty sandwich. I hate subway but subway has a better bun than this place. Mine and my fiancés thought it waspretty terrible and will never go back. There?s way better places to eat nearby. Read more

We?ve been longtime Capriotti?s goers. The Bobbie was our first introduction and honestly you need nothing more to bring you... back. Thanksgiving in a sandwich in perfect proportions. It?s a little dream on a bun. We eventually branched out- the Slaw BeJo was second favorite for a long while, but they changed their meat and the coleslaw wasn?t as great this time so I think we?regonna pass on that one next time. Finally we tried their Philly cheese and I?ll tell you- we?ve had Philly cheese in Philly inplaces that claim to be the best in the country and honestly Capriotti?s is right there with them. Go and try the Philly cheeseand the Bobbie and make sure you get a punch card cuz you?ll be thinking about those sandwiches long after you?ve eaten them. Read more

This store is full of teenagers that have no work ethic. It?s literally hit or miss here. Half the time our sandwiches are so... cheap on the meat. Then the last time I ordered or tried to order. I called the Santa Clara location someone answered the phoneand just laid it down on the side. As I was listening to all the employees conversations. When I got to the store I spoke withthe general manager Josh who seemed like he could care less. And of course upon walking into the store there wasn?t a singlecustomer in there and three employees standing around with the phone still off the hook sitting on the side. Read more

Update: came back for a cappastrami and BBQ chicken. Both delicious, even after being refrigerated for a couple hours until... dinnertime--not soggy at all! We keep coming back! Super yummy sandwiches! I loved the "Thanksgiving" sandwich. The freshpulled turkey and cranberry sauce had such good flavor. Also got a free kids grilled cheese for ordering an adult sandwich whichis awesome if you have kids! Lastly, the service was quick even though there was a sign to expect longer than usual waits due tobeing short staffed. Read more

An awesome upscale sandwich shop. Fast, friendly service and clean dining room. It can get very busy. We came with a party of 13... for take out, and we were in and out in less than a 1/2 hour. You've got to try the Bobbie! Thanksgiving leftovers in asandwich, the best! Read more

Holy moly! Where has this been all my life? We just ENJOYED our first visit and got their famous Bobbie sandwich! It?s... thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. The bread was so soft and yet held the stuffing (literally? it has stuffing) perfectly. Weare definitely going back soon! Read more

Picked up a quick bite to eat here. Its located in a great spot at the red cliffs outlet mall. The service was good and my lunch... was delicious. My only complaint is since they don't offer inside dining right now everything is to go......there were nonapkins or utensils in my bag. Read more
