Hard pass if you?re looking for a good frozen mocha. It came out of a slushy machine.
Was new to town and temporarily staying with a friend and wanted to get out of the house for my housing research. Because of the... (mostly) good reviews I thought I'd give this place a try. Immediately upon entering the premises I got a weird vibe from thegirl behind the register. One of those indelible moments. There was no greeting, and I thought that was even more strangebecause they were not busy. As I approached the counter she just waited for me to order. Didn't talk to me. Just stood there. Iwas ordering breakfast along with my coffee so to break the uncomfortable ice I decided to tell her I needed a moment to lookover the menu. Once again, no real communication (like 'take your time and order when ready' or 'I'll be right back' or...). Shejust stood there with this energy like I had somehow offended her for some reason. So I put in my order. Barely anycommunication. Another girl made my coffee and just as anywhere else called out my name in an appropriate manner (I didn'texpect anything else). When my food order was up the same girl who seemed bothered by me quickly placed it on the counter andbarely called out my name. The only reason I heard it was because I was paying attention to the entire staff at this point.There were two or three other girls working that day and I did not get the strange vibes from any of them. It got souncomfortable for me that I approached the counter and asked one of the other girls to speak to the manager. Imagine my shockand surprise when I saw the girl with the attitude come around the corner! I was taken aback, so all I could blurt out at thatpoint was 'YOU'RE the manager?!' She just deadpanned me and replied yes. In my mind, at that very moment, I realized it was amoot point to pursue anything, so I just said 'oh my god' and walked away. In hindsight I should have just asked for a refundand left the place, but I was so hungry and wasn't up for finding another cafe to 'try out', so I just continued withresearching Read more

Idk if this is normal, but I ordered a 16oz coffee, and this is what I got. What is that, 10oz of drink?? Doesn't help it's not... exactly cheap... 2 stars since previous experiences have been alright. Read more
Ordered a drink off the menu. And they gave me just plain coffee, black. Only person in the store who has ordered so I?m not... sure how this happened. The process of getting drinks to the customers could be tweaked to ensure a better success rate. Read more
