Tried buying a book, went to the only visible counter where 2 employees chatting away and was told I need to check out in an... unmarked corner. I go and stand in line and the worker at the check out is just having a casual conversation with the customerin the front of the line. After a few minutes and not 1 customer served I decided to leave and not make a purchase. As I left 4workers were then at the customer service counter chatting away.
