Made an order in the drive thru that included a few items and a TALL DRINK. Got to the window to pay and receive a TALL DRINK. I... am then told that I ordered a GRANDE DRINK and can have the TALL DRINK FOR FREE. WHAT!?? Actually the appropriate thing to dowould have been to refund me for the GRANDE DRINK and have me pay for the TALL DRINK. I didn't need 2 drinks where one was free.The one I paid for obviously cost more than what I ordered. I didn't even drink the Grande CUP. I GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.Another post of Starbucks price gouging customers. What a rip off! Do better. Read more

My mom and I are on a late night drive headed home. All coffee shops have had their doors locked 10-15 before they were closing.... I called this one and the staff was so awesome and helpful made us our drinks and cashed us out in 60-90 seconds! Rockstarteam!!! Thank you guys so much!!!! Read more

Fastest drive thu service anywhere anytime! This is the best coffee hands down! I have visited small coffee shops, chain coffee... shops and everything in between and they make the best coffee at this Starbucks. It's the gem that makes living in Washington,PA. Wonderful! Read more

I understand it's easier to stay in your car and do the drive through, but it's much quicker to park, walk in and order. That... line was at least 15 cars long! Lmao we were in and out. Overall good experience. Alot of hustle behind that counter! Iappreciate hard workers!! Read more

I used to love this location. I live 5 mins away. I handed the barista a 5 dollar bill and my debit card to pay for my purchase... at drive- thru. The 5 bucks was pocketed and everything charged to my card. She didn't ask if it was a tip (it wasn't) or if Iwanted a receipt. I got home and realized everything was charged to my card after reviewing my bank information on moble app.Very poor presentation and service. Very disappointing Starbucks. Who pockets 5 bucks?! 37 minutes getting off of I-70, dealing with traffic, waiting in the very long drive through line, getting my drink, getting... back onto the interstate, take my first long awaited sip, and I find that the drink I got is nothing like the drink I ordered,other than the fact that there was tea involved. Do I spend another half hour turning around and repeating the process? No. Ideal with the ineptitude of an illiterate member of the staff by losing time, money, and the enjoyment of that long awaited sip. This happened at this store once before as I passed through Washington, PA. Is this a first world problem? Yes.
