Reviews for Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Washington, PA

First and foremost, our server (Kaitlyn) was very sweet, funny and on top of things! Food was tasty, but unfortunately there was... a bug in our salad (a flying bug of some sort, eh it happens!) We didn't make a big deal out of it, we just let Kaitlyn know andshe took care of it right away, bringing us a fresh salad and plates. She did mention that the kitchen staff was irritated aboutthe situation and someone commented something along the lines of "what's the big deal, it's just protein". As true as that is,we usually prefer our protein served without antenna! ???? No big deal, we finished our meal and were on our way. I really enjoyed the seafood Alfredo. The scallops and shrimp were both tasty, and i love how they remove the tails from the... shrimp before putting them into the pasta. It's really annoying how many restaurants don't bother to do that, because i don'tlike having to call timeout every time i have a bite of shrimp (to pull the tail off before proceeding to eat it). Also, theAlfredo sauce was fine, and it was a hearty, filling portion. My mother got stuffed shells or manicotti, i can't recall exactlywhich, but i had a bite of it and it was also good. We tried some manner of Italian donuts for dessert, and they were reallygood. They tasted similar to funnel cake, which is fine for me because funnel cake is awesome. And they are served with hot,melted chocolate sauce in one cup and hot, melted caramel sauce in another cup. Both sauces worked well with these Italiandonuts. I believe our waiter was named Cameron. He had a great attitude with plenty of positive energy, and he was veryfriendly and courteous. My peach tea was not really sweet at all, and i would have preferred a sweet version. But at least itseemed to be the real thing, rather than the cheap mix or concentrate that you get in some other places. My only other concernswere also fairly minor. Although it's nice getting unlimited garden salad, there was only maybe one single olive in my salad.Considering the fact that the place is literally named the Olive Garden, i want my salad to have plenty of olives. Kaitlyn was amazing!!!!!! She was so nice and attentive to us even though she was SLAMMED with many tables including a 13 top.... She constantly was checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed!! She was GREAT! Best server I’ve had in a whileat any restaurant!! Read more

Great service, great food, great value! What else could you ask for?!?! Well I can think of one thing...they have the unlimited... soup and salad so I propose making deserts unlimited as well! But my sugar levels wouldn't like it lol. Great job as alwaysespecially during staffing issues! Read more

I went with my uncle and his fiance. The server was wonderful. I mentioned I had to head over to work right after and the... waitress asked if I worked at an Olive Garden. I told her no, but this kind lady still gave us an employee discount. At the endof our meal she brought over a coffee cup full of mints. She was so nice and pleasant even with such a busy workload. OMG! I just forgot the name of this amazing lady that was serving us. She truly loves what she does. But overall they were all... great. We were a basketball team from Canada for a tournament in town. And we decided to try olive garden for our diner. It wasan amazing experience. Service was great! Even if I was not able to eat my steak that I was craving for, because it was not doneproperly. After 2 tries I just decided to pass on it. Since I'm pregnant and meat contamination... I decided to just not have itanymore. And they dis not charge me for it. If I go back to Washington PA I'll make sure to visit again. Loved it. And! Whenyou arrive at your table they already have a huge bowl of a delicious salad and bread sticks on the table waiting for you. Ifyou're huge salads fan like me you will sure enjoy it. Read more
