This place is horrible I come to visit every year and this was my 1st time eating here. I was appalled by the service of this... staff I asked for fresh food through the drive thru and pulled up to the window to pay and reiterated that please can I havefresh food I'll wait and the rude old heavy older bald guy said all snappy I SAID YEAH ALREADY! Should've known not to eat hereafter looking at his appearance he had stains all over his jacket and shirt his shirt was not tucked in he looked disgusting andto be working at a restaurant! Got my food and it was cold! If I could give zero stars I would and I see they 3.5 stars for arestaurant that is horrible. I will never eat anything from there again! Read more

The staff there is the best McDonald's staff I've ever encountered they are friendly, respectful, and courteous. They was having... a issue with the card reader so they had to reboot it apologized for the inconveniences several times and landed up taking moneyoff of my bill for the inconveniences of it but just from the way they treated me and my son I can overlook the card readerissue and still give them a 5 ? This location gets worse and worse everytime I come here. I guess I should take the hint, but today was the last straw. I... ordered two double cheeseburger bundles (4 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries is what I should have gotten) soo I've learnedmy lesson and check every time before I drive away and realized they only gave me 2 cheeseburgers soo I tell the girl at thedrive thru and she tells me sorry about that just pull forward and someone will bring it right out....I waited for 8 mins... Iwasn't really dressed to go in (tank top and no bra) soo I decided to go back thru the drive thru and tell the girl whathappened..... I'm told to just wait in the drive thru... no so sorry about that or anything. I should have asked to talk to themanager but had already spent almost 20 mins at this point trying to get two lousy sandwiches. This place needs to do better. Read more
