Reviews for Burger King in Washington, PA
Typical Burger King, I'm pretty sure all fast food employees are trained to make the food wrong. Also why have 2 drive thru... windows? I have only ever seen burger king use 1 window but continue to build stores with 2, do they really hate sea turtlesthat much that they waist materials for a whole window they do not use? Read more
I ordered a large mozzarella sticks. I attached the picture of what I received. I'm not even sure what this is, but it smells... bad. This is the last time I will go to this location. Read more
Drive thru is always too long of a wait. 2 lanes. Only 1 is open most of the time
I'm really blown away by this Burger King. Long story short. I got a really messed up order a while back. I tried to go inside... and fix it. Doors where locked. I called them super upset. The lady who answered was awesome and diffused the situationimmediately. Anyway I went back tonight to get my correct meal 2 weeks after the mess up. The food was incredible. I'm guessingthey made sure to make it awesome since the first order was messed up. Seriously if the burgers were always like the ones theygave me tonight they would be the only place in town. I eat at BK quite a bit and these burgers where the best I've had in my 42years of eating BK. I'm truly blown away and will certainly be returning. Management deserves recognition and that's the purposeof this post. They difused my angry self immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best meal replacementpossible. Read more
Waited at least 15 minutes for dinner which was only warm. This was while we were waiting for our food!!! And we also have them... 20$to split for Christmas. Read more
Brand spanking new location open for about a month. Inside is clean and fresh. Staff is still learning - I asked for a simple... substitution and it took three employees and a manager to figure out. Then a 5 minute wait to execute. The place was not busy atthe time. Food is standard Burger King, of course. As mentioned by another reviewer, you actually drive past the placeslightly eastbound before entering their lot and doubling back. Read more
This was my first trip to the newly opened Burger King on West Chestnut Street. The parking lot entrance situation is... interesting. There's an entrance for Eastbound traffic on Chestnut Street, and another entrance on the road to the Ramada Inn. The food was good, but the new crew is learning everything. The queue for the ordering line is odd, with no defined place tostand, although there is a barrier in the place after you order. The inside of the restaurant is nice with plenty of seating. Read more
Food was good, and may I add, this is absolutely the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in
