Overall bad experience. Drink issues, hair in food, manager was very nice the first time but then talked to a different manager... the second time who seemed very not understanding about my reasoning behind not wanting to pay 55$ for a meal that was not evenworth it at all. waitress issues, took 15 minutes to even greet us at our table, she needed to be retrieved by anotherworker?the goal was not to not pay a bill but to maybe get a discount. I waited over forty minutes for my food and it was cold I had to ask several times before someone got my cold food. I had to... throw away my food what a waste of money. ???????? on the next day I called them and Jay answer the phone I explain whathappened and Jay fix my order for free they have the best strawberry Long Island tea. New to the state of PA and new to this Buffalo Wild Wings in PA. The service was great, the waitress was super kind, she's a... retired softball athlete, and cute as ever. April 2022 Update What a negative experience. Stopped in for lunch and the place was almost completely empty. There were maybe... five or six table occupied. As soon as we walked in we saw various staff members walking by the host table and all of themlooked at us, but moved on to take care of whatever their tasks were. None acknowledged our existence. About 7 or 8 minuteslater, just as we decided to go somewhere else, the hostess - Bre - showed up, and without any kind of apology asked how many wewere (??) then studied her seating map for a minute or two and then led us to a table. The saving grace was the waitress whocame right over. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of her game. She checked on us frequently and took care of everyrequest very quickly. For instance, I tried their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and when I commented on it being very mild,she quickly arranged to get me a different hot sauce to spice things up. Part of the problem with my sandwich was that therewas only a little tiny bit of sauce on this monster chicken breast. It pooled in some crevices, but most of the fried area wasdry. It still was not spicy which disappointed me. The other sandwich we tried was the brisket. This was nicely done in a sweetBBQ sauce. We upgraded from their small fries to potato wedges and onion rings. The rings were greasy, but did feature someonions, while the wedges were nicely done but had too much salt in the mix. For the rest of the day, the two of us were gulpingdown water glasses like they were going out of style. Unfortunately, the kitchen had its own set of problems. While the placewas mostly empty, our dishes came out about 6 minutes apart. We almost finished eating one before the second arrived! Luckily wewere always planning on sharing both, so it was not an issue for us, but what could have caused that? This is easily the best place to eat ever, from the buffalo wings, to the very on point salads, I?d like to thank the workers,... the chefs; and the nice random people in the bathroom. My point here: go to Buffalo Wild Wings for a great time, and a fullstomach made with love and dead animals. Read more

Overall my experience here was good. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. My... family all had wings and said they were very good and they looked good. I had the brisket tacos for something different and Iwouldn't recommend them. There was very little brisket on them and the meat was dry. But everything else I've ever had here hasbeen good. This is my first time having their fries, which were cooked perfectly and tasted good. The prices have definitelygone up since I was last here, but that's happening everywhere unfortunately. Read more
Disappointed that my sister had to fish pieces of paper out of her tacos. Server kindly alerted the manager who then offered... somewhat of an apology. Did not offer to replace her order or take that amount off of the bill. Not a very appetizingmeal.
