I was there awhile back and my order was unsatisfactory. I made a recommendation to corporate Arby's, and they were gracious... enough to send me complimentary meal cards. So, I tried again, and lo and behold, same. missing/wrong ingredients with thesandwich. They are very busy, I get that, but to substitute or eliminate altogether what the customer is expecting, and noheads up, not good. I didn't pay for it because of the card, glad about that. But, I'll go out of my way to get Arby'sanywhere but there again. Read more
