After being away from NC for over a year, I ordered my favorite Papa John's pizza. Very disappointed. For me, the dough was... the selling factor, and it is not the same dough. Bring back the dough, and I will again order P J pizza, but for now, I willlook for something better. Read more
I did not nor will I ever spend my money with this business. A delivery driver was robbed 6 blocks from my residence & my... address was included on their "Do not deliver" database. Not interested in any apology. Corporate office contacted me, however, it is unfortunate that the driver was robbed. However, I choose not to purchase their products. Read more
I use to order here regularly until 10/25/2019. On that day I ordered pizza, and garlic Parmesan sticks, PAID WITH A CARD and... the delivery was 55mins, although the lady who took my order said 35 to 45 minutes, I sign the receipt, and the driver put a tipin. Now why would I tip when that?s the longest it?s ever took to get my food and it was cold???? spoke with a manager, shereimbursed the tip, but refused to compensate for the cold pizza. Don't normally get pizza from here as in the past it was nasty. Tonight was good. When I went to pick up the pizza I had... ordered, an employee completely ignored me when someone told them to ring me up. Instead, some lady who I assume was on herbreak, as she was sitting down in plain sight... came up and got my name and brought the pizza to me. Not very professional ifignoring customers doesn't matter who they are. That's bad for business. Read more
