On this day 2 years ago I got married, our reception was so busy with people greeting us and wanting to take pictures that by... the time it was over, my new husband (at that time) and I while headed to our hotel realized we had not eaten a thing. Tiredfrom the whole weekend we decided to stop into Jersey Mikes in Washington NC, me still in my wedding dress (him holding mytrain) him still in his tux minus the jacket! Upon walking in some people were asking did we just come from a dance and werelike no ?We just got married?. The gentleman behind the counter then asked politely, and you guys are eating here! We explainedto him the events of the day and he then said ?Choose whatever you like you?d meal is on me tonight?! My husband and I were sohumbly blessed and pleased! We eat there every year on this day just as tradition ????! I found out the gentleman?s name somemonths back and couldn?t wait to do a review, he is the manager and his name is Daniel Saab! He was polite and when I told thestory to a worker there a few months back he said yes I remember that, that was me, my heart melted. Service and food are great. Only reason I gave it a 3 is because they do not have a toaster oven and I like my subs toasted.
I had a bad experience out of state at Jersey Mike's. I swore I would never return. Welp, Daniel in Washington NC changed my... mind. He was super nice and the man can make a sandwich!!! Tried calling the store several times and ended up getting there I live 5 minutes away and there was no one there customer wise... so I don't appreciate that they kept sending me to voice-mail I understand if it was busy I used to work for Jerry Mike's buteven then I was still able to pick up a phone and write an order down Read more
Staff was great but the sweet tea container is obviously faulty and when upon trying to get my beverage the whole entire knob... came flying off and dowsed me and the couple sitting by it entirely in sweet tea. I understand I am the fifth person this hishappened to and the owner refuses to obtain a new one. I was simply told sorry and had to go home due to being soaked in stickysweet tea. Owner please purchase a new container and the couple also involved stated they were getting dripped on by thedisgusting ceiling where the air conditioner is located and that?s not sanitary at all.
