I was there on Saturday 10/8/22. Only two people were in front of me. I waited for 10 minutes and the line did not move. I never... saw the cashier speak to the customers in front of me. She just took their order and proceeded to fill the order like she had onlead shoes and didn?t have a care in the world. The restaurant was dirty and the restroom was pure nasty. The worst fast food experience of my life! It would be easier to tell you what was right. NOTHING!! The drive through was... closed, had to go in. The cashier acted like a random customer that had wandered back there and gotten lost. No customers werethere, but it still took them about 20 minutes to take our order. They were out of most breakfast items, but not yet servinglunch. The coffee was empty. The "keep refrigerated" creamers were warm. Shall I go on....?? Read more

I went through the drive thru. Customer service was great. The wait was longer than expected. My problem was with the burger.... I ordered the #6. It is advertised as the Angus burger. It tastes straight up like up the old school soy burger. Also it didnot present well. Greezy paper, burnt edges, slimy and flimsy lettuce, and the onions looked like the end and cut length wisepieces rather than nice circular ones and were fallin all out while eating. I took two bites without most of the onions and thelettuce, put it right back in the box and plan to give it as a doggie treat to some well deserving pets. I paid $11.40 for themeal and now consider it a waste of money. Read more
Stopped in tonight and was pleasantly surprised! This Hardees has fried chicken unlike my "usual" Hardees by the Greenville... Airport. Staff friendly. All wearing PPE's. Food made fresh. Parking lot and restaurant clean. BLT Ranch Chicken sandwich freshand delicious! Tenders made fresh while I waited. Gave me plenty of dipping sauce to go with them. Medium drinks only a dollar!Will return next time I'm in the area! Read more
I enjoyed my experience at B&N Hardees. The food was reasonably priced for the proportion served. I ate the monster 1/3 lb.... burger combo. And after you eat the meal if you can find room you have to try those delicious fruit loop donuts. You'll behooked. Read more
11/11/22 "Veterans Day" (I am a veteran) Terrible service!!! Cashier acted as if she was doing you a favor just to be there.... Food sat on warming forever & she was just hanging out, finally had to ask. Could have understood if they had been busy. Read more
