BEST FRIED CHICKEN I'VE EVER HAD! Stopped in for our first time last Sunday for a late breakfast. Small wait for an inside... table, which was fine because we loved sitting on the small outdoor patio. Wish I could speak to the rest of the menu, but thefirst thing I saw was chicken and waffles, and I was sold. Rothschild's makes it to order, so the menu asks for 15 minutes andpromises the chicken is worth the wait. Let me tell you, they ain't lying. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the skin wasfantastic. Paired with a light, crisp Belgian waffle which soaks up just enough syrup to balance the lightly salty/savorychicken, this is a breakfast you'll be dreaming about all week. My wife's breakfast was great also (including eggs, bacon,toast, biscuits and gravy, and some excellent hash browns), but I know the chicken and waffles was in a league of its own aftershe came back to my plate for multiple bites. Next time we're in Washington, you'll find us at Rothschild's. Read more
Excellent breakfast! Drove 45 minutes along scenic Hwy 94 to try this place. We shared a huge cinnamon roll and waffle, and... had bacon and eggs as well. Everything was great - very friendly staff, lots of smiles! We even brought an extra cinnamon rollhome for the kids, and they gave us instructions on how to heat it up! Read more
Had never been here before and it definitely won?t be my last visit. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. Totally... made us feel like regulars. They serve breakfast food all day so if that?s your thing (like me), then why aren?t you there rightnow?? Food took a bit to arrive, but I don?t know if that?s typical and I didn?t really check to see how many other people werein the rest of the restaurant. We ordered 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy (even the half order was incredibly huge!), cinnamonroll (are you kidding me? It?s quite large, smothered in icing and served warm!!), and the pancake breakfast (with bacon andeggs). Eggs were a bit overcooked but still tasted good to my wife. The pancakes were fluffy and fresh. Even as leftovers thenext day, their food is great. Totally coming back!! :-) Read more

Rothchild's is a fantastic family restaurant. The portions are generous (enough to share), and the taste is that of DELICIOUS... homestyle cooking. It is comfort food at its finest and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the pot roast and fordessert, the apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream. As a side note, the restaurant is located directly across from thehospital (within walking distance). If someone you care about is having a procedure, Rothschild's is a great place to sit downand have a cup of coffee (and hopefully calm tour nerves) while you're waiting to hear from the hospital - especially if youhave family with you. I encourage you to experience Rothschild's. You won't be disappointed. Read more
