The food at our wedding was amazing and Pat was so... accommodating with us especially since we had many dietary restrictions including needing a completely separate meal for one ofour guests. Pat @ Mosaic Catering was FANTASTIC. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (even our other vendors were telling us that... this was the best food they had had at a wedding in a while) Pat was great to work with. He was always punctual and availablevia email and showed up separately from the rest of his crew to ensure the food would be delivered hot and fresh. We used Mosaic to cater our wedding of 180 people. We chose a chicken and beef option, salad, pasta, and two sides. They showed... up right on time, set everything up perfectly, and provided great service with changing out food on the buffet and picking upplates from tables. There was never anyone waiting for food and everyone went through the buffet line quickly and had plenty oftime to eat. We had more guests make a point to complement the food for how well it was prepared and how good it tastes. I woulddefinitely use them for any event in the future and would highly recommend them. Stopped by this hidden little gem for lunch today. Definitely won't be my last time. The food was fantastic! The ribeye sandwich... was tender and delicious. Genuinely cannot recommend them enough. Had a big banquet in Sullivan that I was pretty nervous about. Pat was so communicative... and accommodating and totally calmed all those fears. Everyone raved about the food at our wedding, so we're very thankful we went with Mosaic Cafe and Catering! Not only that, but... Pat is an incredible person to work with. While the taste of the food was a big reason for us choosing Mosaic, Pat's kindness iswhat ultimately help us with the decision. He responded to all my questions quickly, was super flexible when I had specialrequests, and was understanding when it took me a while to respond to him. In each email, he sent words of encouragement andkind wishes, knowing that wedding planning can be stressful. By far, he is the easiest vendor to work with! We (and our guests)highly recommend the lager braised brisket and chicken vino bianco! There is a large menu with great variety, and everything isreasonably priced.
