This place was freezing in side. Customers including myself were going to there vehicles to get extra jackets and hats just to... order much less to dine in. We asked if they could adjust the temperature but nothing changed. The fries had no seasonings. Theemployees where not familiar with the menu. I would have to be really hard up for chicken to dine here in its current state. Read more
I was hoping to get a response after contacting Zaxby's on Thursday about my raw chicken sandwich. After waiting 48 hours with... no response, I feel like this review is necessary. I ordered lunch for my aunt and myself on Thursday and picked it up at 11a.m. on my to her house in another small town with fewer options. When I arrived to my destination 30 minutes later and unpackedmy order, I noticed a huge piece of fat on my grilled chicken sandwich. Disappointed, I broke that part off and decided to eatthe sandwich anyway. Then I bit into the raw chicken. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable. It was also my last fewdollars so I couldn't afford to get another meal on the road. I wouldn't recommend any Zaxby's at this point. If you don't getsick, you are lucky. Read more
Good food service was a little slow but they were. Very busy and even announced time delays on items needing to be cooked. Well... done manager I wish more places would do this instead of keeping the customers in the dark, something that only male the wholestaff look bad. Read more
We were greeted by Tianna whose friendly service matched the beauty of her smile. It seemed like all employees were as equally... friendly and customer-oriented as she. ?Indescribably good? is an accurate description of the food we got. My husband got the?Wimpy Kickin? chicken sandwich? meal and I got the ? Signature Club sandwich?. After tasting each other?s food we decidedthe Club was the best!!
