They don?t have food here. They normally have the bread you want but they are ALWAYS out of meat, cheese and most toppings. I?ve... only been to this location like 4 or 5 times and every time they are out of everything. Why even have this location open if youdon?t serve food? Read more
Our visit today was a great disappointment. 1.. We drove 20 minutes to eat here and discovered the lobby was closed. Wish... this information was on there page. 2.. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 were meatball subs.. After arriving to discover the lobbywas closed, we waited over 5 minutes for the customer in the car ahead of us to place their order.. 3.. When we pulled to thewindow, we were now told they didn't have meatballs.. And the couldn't substitute another sandwich because of difference inpricing.. 4.. We asked to purchase the 2 sandwiches the could provide and be credited back for the two sandwiches they couldn'tprovide.. No, we cannot do this, either.. Finally, when I asked to cancel the entire order, the manager finally returned andshowed us some paperwork which she said was our refund.. but would not give us a copy of the receipt or refund.. I ordered a BLT. Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato. With some black olives. Anyway, I get my sandwich and there?s just BACON AND BLACK... OLIVES((along with whatever else I wanted on the sandwich)). Update from last visit... it has been awhile since I posted the below comment. Today I wanted a protein bowl, no lids... they no... longer carry the vinaigrette that I liked. Customer service was good. Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars. I wouldn't give them anystars, except that the young lady working there today was very kind and apologetic.
