They got our order wrong from the jump. Noticed missing fries while still in parking lot and they were rude when I had to get... out of my car and go in to get them and then AFTER getting back home we realized that they had not given us one of oursandwiches and I had to drive back to get it and was NOT treated well at all when I explained that we were missing a sandwich aswell as the fries earlier. I think the girl taking drive through orders that day got confused and misunderstood that we wantedtwo combo meals and then another single sandwich and another medium fry but not with a drink which would have made it a thirdcombo. Mistakes happen and at some point every store in America will inconvenience at least one customer no matter if it's open6 months or 50 years because we are all human and nobody is perfect. However, there is never a good reason or excuse to be rudeand nasty to a customer especially when that customer had to come back to your store after getting all the way home and retrievemissing items that were missing because of an employee's mistake in the first place. I could handle if I'd just had to endurethe annoyance of having to go back to pick up the missing sandwich, which resulted in my having to eat my food cold or reheated,which McDonald's french fries are horrible after reheating them.....period, but to be treated the way that every employee I wasforced to deal with to get the missing sandwich treated me was unacceptable and inexcusable. I work in customer service andwould lose my job if I behaved and talked to any of my customers the way that McDonald's entire staff did to me!!! I don'tusually eat McDonald's lunch and dinner menu anyway and rarely even eat their breakfast menu and I will NEVER eat at this oneever again!!! Read more
This was my worst visit so far. The order was completely wrong even though the cashier read it back correct. We sat in the... overflow parking for 10 plus minutes before going inside. Once inside the management failed to get order correct again. 20minutes later we were on our way home to find out there were no straws and the order was still wrong. We had hamburgers lackingthe deluxe options (onions pickles.. etc.) Management was nice enough to give us some apple pies, or were they, no but they weregood. Actually had my order correct but the time could have been better. Especially had employees all been working & not just 1-2... while the rest leaned back on things texting or having conversations with friends while the line was getting longer. Read more
Food was wrong, didn't give me fries, received only hamburger after waiting a little over 15 minutes in the reserved spot after... paying, waited another 5 for fries, very slow service and food was cold, I'd understand if it was hot and customers had to waitfor fresh food, but why would food be cold if the wait was so long? Only two other people in the drive through as well sobusyness wasn't a factor. Read more
Came through the drive thru on Friday, July 29th at 4:30pm. The staff were just yelling back and forth and didn't even speak to... me at the window because they were too busy yelling at each other. Read more
The manager would not refund my money after I told her several times that I wanted my money back. They neglected to fill my... order properly. I have been a customer for years. I could not believe how combative and aggressive the manager was when theywere in the wrong. They forgot our drink we already had to wait on the curb. She refused to give me my refund. My fiancee and I both got sever food poisoning and she missed over a week of work. Most of the staff is rude and the parking lot... flow traffic is fender benders waiting to happen when they make you wait for your food on the corner of the store the space issuper tight Read more
