Would give zero stars if that were an option. Got food borne illness and reported it to corporate General manager Nicole... informed me it was their beef not being ?changed out? and it was lack of training- that lack of training could get someonekilled. I was offered another taco party pack- sorry no party for me when I?m sick from the food. I am immune compromised andthis could have turned out to be a much bigger deal- can?t eat tacos if I?m dead. Literally the worst taco bell. It's unfortunate because I live close and would be convenient otherwise. I normally won't leave a... bad review for an establishment unless it's really bad. I've come here since they've opened, I gave them a pass the first couplevisits but it's been WAY too many times now that I've had the same issues over and over. Most of the food is just throwntogether with little ingredients. Cheese not melted, like they had no time to prepare the food properly. Look, I'm the onlycustomer make it correctly! I can't eat food that's falling apart in my lap. Like others have said, the wait is extremely long.This last visit I had multiple coupons for free tacos that they gave me for the previous long wait I've had but they would onlyaccept 1 coupon per visit. One time they were OUT OF GROUND BEEF! Seriously? How do you let that happen? Last time I asked fora cheese quesadilla with no sauce, it was the exact opposite. Excellent customer service from the brown haired lady wearing the blue/paper mask working the take-out side tonight.... Professional, fast, courteous and friendly. No name on receipt since it was a kiosk order and didn't think quick enough to lookfor/get a name while there. Order was right. Tacos were good. Read more
