It's good, just that they can't keep up with two drive-thru. Sometimes they take forever to attend you on the second one.

Me and my friend went there on our break . We weren?t familiar on the place bc we?re only there for our CNA class , so we tried... searching the closest fast food and we pick this location. I ordered first and I got my order for about 15 minutes after Iordered . My friend were waiting for her order for about 15 minutes so we decided to ask them if it?s ready now because it wasonly one sandwich a fries and a drink and we noticed that they keep on announcing the orders of the other customers who gotthere last . So after we asked them they said that it has been given already , and we said we haven?t got it and they look againand ask the other workers and said that they already did it . So we said that we haven?t got hers and I only got mine . Theytried to give it but the patty were not cooked it was under done. And when we get to our class , we shared our experience withour classmates and they said they experienced the same thing , they didn?t get their other order so they went inside to complainbc they did drive thru . Mobile order that I had placed was made incorrectly. Management tried to dismiss me like I was lying to him about what was wrong... with my order. I had the receipt with me and he didn't even ask for it once. Fry's had no salt on them. Due to the way theypacked my bag they had placed sandwich at the bottom and thrown both fries on top of it. Which smashed the sandwich made itcompletely undesirable. Management gave me a well what am I really supposed to do about it kind of attitude. It's the second time I get some pies here and the same issue happens again. They have a Best buy they don't respect. The second... pie didn't even have the label so who know how old it was. When shared the concern I did not receive any apologies but: "yeah,that's good. if you want an other one you gotta wait 12 mins". (It was 2.10 pm) It's not my first issue here about customerservice.
