Went to this bar a couple days ago, Sever didn?t serve us alcohol after giving valid id, ordered the margarita pizza and it was... very salty. Definitely not a place I would go back to or recommend. Read more
Disgusting food. Worst service I have ever experienced. We waited more than 50 minites before the server came to us. When we... asked why they took so long. The one of 7 servers told us they were busy. The restaurant had 13 people in total in therestaurant. We all watched the servers congregate in front of the bar talking smack about the management that was politelyasking them to do there job.All 13 customers heard the conversations. They were laughing at the manager calling them names andbeing so rude in front of customers, including children. When another customer complained about the unprofessionalism. Themanager asked them to leave. They finally came with our food. 2 hours after we sat down. The food was cold and absolutelyhorrible. When we complained, the manager asked us to leave after demanding we pay for the food we could not eat. We paid. Andas we were leaving the servers were harassing us, saying inappropriate comments in front of our children. I have no idea howthey are still in business. I have never seen such disrespectful, rude, lack of professionalism. I'm not sure what is up withmanagement. Maybe they can't find any professional servers that can do their job with any pride. But avoid this restaurant atALL costs. The restaurant beside it has good food with professional servers,and management that cares about their customers. DONOT GO to the Dardanelle! Bananas has good food. And their service is above and beyond what the Dardanelle offers. Bannanas waspacked. With their amazing service. We were in and out in less than an hour. Shame on the servers. Shame on the management.Especially, Shame on ownership! You all disgust me and my family. And I'm sure all 13 customers that they had on site. Read more
The absolute worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had, I'm usually the type to at least say something positive, but this... place was bad, the food was raw the drinks were super expensive and the service was atrocious. 2 hour wait to get a burger andfries and the burger was literally raw. Our server was horrible then they tried to add 3 extra drinks on to the bill. I'd givethis place negative stars if possible. Avoid this place like the plague. Read more
