Aug 5th 2:30pm. Cant give 0 stars. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They cared more about their conversation than... making my sandwich. Person who made the sandwich needs to never make another sandwich for as long as he lives. So badly made andsloppy work. The young man there behind the counter was very professional and went out of his way to make the sandwich the best it could be!
This location is usually really great but I had a bad experience today. Hopefully the owner will reach out to me and ill... consider changing my review. First I waited 5/10 minutes in the dining area with no one available for service. I rang the belland even called the location only to have TWO employees come out of the freezer(this is what they said) who were doing prep.This wasted a portion of my lunch break. Then the sandwich was poorly made and no bacon was available for my sandwich. It wasreally a one star visit but I gave 3 based on my previous visits which would have been 4/5 stars. I'm a Doordash delivery driver, and today I had an awesome experience with the man working the counter (possibly the owner? Not... totally sure). He was so friendly and kind, and we had great conversation while he was preparing the order. I will definitely beback for more delivery orders and for myself!! Read more
I like the new little sliders, Subway now offers. Being on the go quite often and finding myself not having lunch by 2-3 in the... afternoon, these sliders are just enough to hold you over until dinner. I also like their sandwiches, when I do stop for lunch,I just wish they had more of a selection in whole grain breads or offered a 6" sandwich on a wrap. I love that you can haveexactly what you would like on your sandwich, more spinach, less lettuce, and your choice of condiments or dressing. The person who served me was a great guy. He was extremely helpful. I was truly undecided and he made a great choice. They have... great prices and my kids love it here. This particular store is very clean. I would recommend you stop in and see for yourself. Read more
They use the bare minimum on your sandwich. I told the person what I wanted and she told me only one thing at a time, that more... than one is too much for her. Had 2 customers in front of me, with a grinder each. Took 15 minutes just for me to get to ordermine. Unpleasant experience. Read more
This location is trash. They over charge. Food was cold and soaked in sauce, near inedible. Will not give them my business... again. They charge almost $10 for a 6 inch as opposed to $6 at the other location less than half a mile away. Waste of space andtime Read more
