I got 5 star service from Thien at the drive thru. Courteous, professional, and friendly. Order was perfect and delicious. Thank... you! And all the folks complaining about the amount of time it takes to get food, this is a new place. It's hard to get peoplewho are motivated when working in that industry. And honestly, it should be considered a nice surprise when they are. Anyone whohas been to any fast food restaurants these days knows it's not as fast. If you don't like it or don't want to wait, then don't.But don't take it out on the people who have to deal with drive thru, walk up, and online orders, from their own app, on top ofall the other apps. I literally drive the extra 30 minutes to the (fantastic) West Greenwich Popeyes when this one is just down the road from me.... Management needs to get their act together. Customers need to go elsewhere until they sort themselves out - it's the only wayanything will change. Read more
employees absolutely do not understand how to operate a drive thru. People up front were waiting 20 minutes because rude... employees refused to pause drive thru to serve us. This place is SO haphazardly operated. Waited over 20 minutes for a door dash order during peak time. There were plenty of staff... working but no one had a clue as to how to work at a fast pace. Employees chit chatting, on their phones, etc. while waiting Iwitnessed one employee scratch her scalp and then continue to touch food. The staff is friendly and the location is great. But they have been too many missorders. Forgetting my large side and giving me... an 8 piece meal instead of my 10 pieces. I told the lady I have a coupon for a 10 piece to which they don't traditionally do soI think that's where they screwed up. Regardless, they have to honor it and make themselves aware that online deals aredifferent from their normal menu and need To be prepared for it. One of the managers was extremely rude. I ordered a family meal and they had me wait for fresh chicken. After the 20 min wait... they tried to give me some refried chicken. Not only was the chicken not fresh but they also gave me mostly chicken wings in thebox. I returned amd was given attitude for speaking up. Ultimately they gave me a whole new order. Read more
I ordered for my workplace and came to pick up my order in-store; it took the team 45-50 minutes to prepare and deliver my... order, and during that time, I witnessed members on their phones and in no rush to complete my and others orders. I witnessedtwo Doordashers leave because they had been waiting for their food for over 20 minutes.
