I'm trying to place an order. The store says open till 11 online. I know it is because I've been there at 9 on a Thursday... before. I keep getting hung up on. Update: I went in and there were two guys. Doors unlocked. Said they were closing early forthe night and acknowledged they heard my phone calls just didn't have the decency to pick up and relay that information before Idrove all the way there. The pizzas just don?t taste as good as they once did. Pizza Hut has fallen very far in my eyes. Also I placed an order via the... app for pick-up prior to the store closing and I arrived 10mins before they did and the store was as completely shut down andthe app showed that my order was ready to pick up. I placed an order for a medium cheese pan pizza at 437 pm and it?s now 554 and I?ve had my order status say on the way for over... 45 minutes now, I?ve been trying to contact the store via phone and no one is answering, I?ve been on hold for 12 minutes, atthis point I?d like a refund as I made dinner for my family instead. First I asked the delivery person if my sauces were included and he said "they should be" yet again for the 4th time I've... ordered from here they forgot my sauces..then I open my pizza and it looks like this. And they refuse to bring me the sauce andthey refuse to make me a new pizza. This is why delivery drivers get a bad rep. She claimed im getting a refund, we will see. Read more
I always get my pizzas from this Pizza Hut. I made several unsuccessful attempts at trying to call in an order tonight. I don?t... live far from there so I decided to drive there and order my pizza in person. When I walked in the door there was only one girlworking in the back doing everything by herself. Clearly it was a very busy evening because they were pizzas everywhere and shewas taking care of everyone without hesitation. This girl was doing an amazing job all by herself. The girls name is Ashlyn, notsure if the spelling is correct. I could not believe that she was holding down the fort all by herself and such a busy night.Great job!! Read more
