The atmosphere is nothing spectacular, but the staff is fantastic, and most of the associates have been here for a while. They... have everything from high calorie deliciousness to Vegan and carb conscious choices. I paid $20 for a hot sub. What I got was hot on the inside, but cold and weird on the outside. I never thought I would come to... regard Subway bread as not being the bottom of the list, but such is life; and this Jersey Mike's I guess. Also, the breadwasn't toasted, which is weird for a hot sub. I probably should have gone to the Wendy's across the way. While they messed upmy order twice in the past few months, at least the food is good. Read more
Unfortunately had to throw my last 2 sandwich purchases. I request dressing on the side to avoid receiving a soggy bread... sandwich and yet I still receive a soggy bread sandwich and have to go somewhere else. Tired of throwing away my food. Won't begoing back anytime soon. Read more

Worst experience ever. I ordered two simple steak sandwiches that were supposed to take 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation... for the order it was changed to 45 minutes. As I cannot wait that long I contacted the restaurant and was told that is was busyand that I had to wait very rudely and dismissively. Then when I called the order service to get a refund I was told that Icouldn't get a refund because "it was already being made". Hard to believe considering I was just told by an employee that itwould take 45 minutes. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I like the subs here but probably won't be going back due to thishorrible experience. And I lost $27. Read more
Husband and I had a picnic lunch and decided to try some place we never ordered before. Subs do NOT disappoint!!! Delicious and... so fresh and stacked my husband couldn't even finish 1/2. Will be back again! Read more
