I was going to completely complain due to the fact that I got the wrong donut. I most say trying the coffee first made me change... my mind, even tho I do not like boston cream and they didnt have glazed. 11 dollars for a large iced coffee, a medium frozen coffee, a small colata, and a bagel. Not bad for 11 dollars. If I went to... Starbucks, it would have been much more. Read more

The lady taking your order inside is soo pleasant. The lady making your order with short hair is lazy and rude! I feel like if... she doesn?t want to work for Dunkin then she shouldn?t! Someone needs to give her a hug! Read more

Slow service. 5 people on drive through. 1 on sandwiches. 1 on counter. I went in. She didn't give me a receipt. Waited 5... minutes for my food because all they care about are drive through times. Coffee is good. Read more

Gets orders correct at the very least. But they have a nasty habit of putting doughnuts upside down in the bag, which of course... causes all the frosting to be at the bottom when you finally get the doughnut out. I don't think this is 15/hr material. Read more

I go here at least 3 times a week for the usual Medium Iced Coffee, Hashbrowns and Bagel toasted with either Cream Cheese or... Butter. I went here three days in a row ordered my usual the prices went from $6.00 to $6.57 to $5.45. I called the manager andtold her at first she did nothing and said oh must be computers on register acting up. I said ok well can you do anything aboutthe price and she said what is it that you want me to do? I said maybe discount me on the price or something since it?s yourcomputers fault. she said no can?t do that. I am a customer that goes there a lot and all of a sudden the prices change? That isunfair. I used to be happy going here now I don?t. I feel like they need to train the cashiers on the prices on the menu. I alsogave a $10 bill to one of the cashiers I bought a coffee medium iced I should of gotten more money back but never did. When Iasked the girl what happened I gave you a $10 she said I don?t know. I am going to take my business elsewhere and tell my familyand friends about this becuase this is unacceptable from Dunkin Donuts. They need to train the cashiers to be honest. They tendto hire people becuase they are desperate but never actually take the time to hire someone who is honest and responsible. Themanager was a female and she was just sticking up for her company even though they were wrong that to me is mistreatment verydisappointed in Dunkin Donuts. Read more
