Employees seemed distracted with some personal issues and basically refused further service to us after an item was unfulfilled... with the order, they played the "In suddenly busy in the back now..." routine, which, I understand stress, but, we waited anexorbitant amount of time, patiently, and they never offered even an acknowledgement as to our presence. Not impressed with thatsort of professionalism, but ,I like taco bell. Read more
It's really a hit and miss type place. When they staff they are quick friendly and awesome. Just be kind to the worker and they... treat you nice as well. Little tlc can help make your burrito over stuffed and good. Read more
My bf ordered for us both at drive thru around 11pm, after he got off of work. I wanted nacho fries since they are back. They... told him they "didn't have them" when it clearly pictures it on their menu online. This isn't the first time that has happenedwhere they say they don't have something for the fryer is "down." When in reality the employees are just too lazy to care tomake the food for the paying customers. Read more

Well... Not the worst Tacobell I've ever been to but it's probably the second worst. Service: 2/10 I watched five people get... the wrong order, not including mine. Two of them were asked to pull up to the front of the building and wait for their order,just to come back in and grab a different one. It was a good 20/30 minute wait for food. Ordered inside but when they called theorder they just kept repeating C, we put Clinton B down for the ticket so that was odd. There was a table that ordered as wewere walking in they got half their order and then about 15 minutes later got the other half. Though clearly lacking, the staffwas rather nice. Cleanliness: 0/10 Adding pictures because WOW, we picked the cleanest spot they had, the tables were allseemingly cleaned but the floors were just gross. The bathroom was disgusting as well (this was about 11:45 a.m.) Food: 8/10Tasted amazing for food that seemed just thrown together. They weren't stingy on ingredients, Chipotle Chicken Wrap aside.Probably the best put-together hard shells I've seen from a taco bell, but the burritos were rather beat-up looking, and I meanlooked like they had been punched in the middle. I live out in Northwest Indiana and Im staying at a hotel near by. I love Taco Bell so I stopped and got myself one of the new... crispy chicken tacos. When I got back to my room I noticed the piece of chicken they gave me was very tiny. It just upset mecause the taco cost nearly $4 after tax. Read more
