We have always loved the meat feast pizza, but the last two have been very disappointing. The first is that they have been... arriving cold. Even now that door dash is bringing it. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The toppings were in the very center of the pizza, very few reach the outer edge as... you can see in the photo. Very disappointed, especially for the price that you pay for the pizza. We?ve not had this experiencetypically with Pizza King on Lake Street in Warsaw. Read more
I would give W. Lake St. (7.5 miles away) location a zero, if it were optional. Called this evening to get delivery and was... directed to call E. Winona Lake location (11 miles away) for delivery. W. Lake St., Pizza King has been the only pizza franchiseto deliver at my residence since I?ve resided here (1996). Now I?m being directed by a closer Pizza King franchise to contactthe other location that doesn?t answer calls. The pizza is NOT that spectacular but most people will pay for convenience. The lady on the phone was sweet and kind, tried to help with the hassle of correcting our order and clear up the confusion.... After arriving to the location to pick up the food we order 30 minutes prior, we found out that they had no such order. After along and tedious process, we discovered the online order was sent to the wrong location, over a half hour away. Since obviouslyour food was ready there, we had to call them personally to cancel the order. Which was of course a unfortunate waste ofproduct. But I could not justify driving that far for a misplaced order, all because of a system error. I am just happy theemployee was such a friendly, sweet and kind enough to clear the situation up, that is the only reason I found it reasonable togive 3 stars. Read more
