After eating here tonight it?s obvious why the restaurant looks slow. The service was slow, even with only a couple other... tables. The food was even worse. My husband got the shrimp Alfredo and couldn?t finish it. The shrimp tasted undercooked and thedish as a whole lacked any flavor or seasoning. I got the Italian sandwich which wasn?t awful but very greasy. Best thing we hadwas the tater tots I guess. Read more

Does this place even have a real chef?? Cook?? Need to stop overcharging if no one can cook food properly. Good concept, poor... execution. Dry , very bland. The tomatoes had the stem still inside both slices ( big no no in any kitchen that has anyexperience). If you're going to put pasta to go, put it in the right container, not a Styrofoam box, and if you need to use aknife also put it in the correct container. It's the little things that show me they have very poor management with no onetrying to make things right, and they definitely cannot compete with newer more modern restaurants in the area... I guess theyare just a tourist trap for out of towners. Read more
Disappointed with this visit. I got a build your own pizza. They put on the wrong sauce and instead of fresh basil I got dried... basil flakes. Also, we are only 10 minutes into our meal (not even halfway done) and the server comes by and asks if there'sanything else he can get us, like it's his last visit to the table. And sure enough, he was asking if we needed any to go boxes.So it felt quite rushed, even though the place was fairly empty and there was no need for our table. We've definitely had betterservice and better food here before. Certainly in no hurry to go back. Read more
We had dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. For dinner I ordered the Grilled Chicken Alfredo and my wife ordered crab cakes.... Both were delicious. The potion size was huge. It included a bowl of the pasta covered with a full chicken breast. I order theSoup of the Day, Vegetable Beef, as a side and it was delicious and chock full of vegetables with a good amount of beef. My wifesaid her crab cakes were delicious as well. For breakfast I ordered a half-order of biscuits and gravy with two sides ofsausage and my wife ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette. A half order had three biscuit halves. The gravy contained a lotof sausage bits but I like even more so I ordered the patties. I also ordered a side of gravy. It was delicious and I cleaned myplate. My wife's omelette was very good and it must have been made with three eggs. It was a generous helping. It also came withhashbrown potatoes. The potatoes filled up half the plate. The servers at dinner and breakfast were quick, helpful and verypleasant to speak with. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. If you want good for and you have a hearty appetite, thenchoose to eat at The Palette when you're in Warsaw, IN! Read more
