Reviews for McDonald's in Warsaw, IN

This has to be the worst McDonald?s in Warsaw. Disappointment is an understatement. After being stuck in line for over 40... minutes, there was no apology from the staff no refund or even an offer to do anything to make up for the time wasted to onlywait even longer when the meal was not even correct. The employee at the window had to continually be reminded to open thewindow and check the meal from another worker that was in the back on her phone, not helping at all. These are the people thatare demanding $20+ dollars an hour and not providing the customer service needed for a fast food restaurant to operate with areasonable wait time. Take the extra time to go to the McDonald?s by Lowes and your food will be warm and the order will becorrect without any of the headache. Read more

Waited in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes only to get up to the window and wait another 10 minutes to pay, pull ahead to... the next window to get my food and waited another 20 minutes. Then once I get my food and checked to see if I had everything Iseen that I had much more food then what I ordered, so clearly I got someone else?s order. This place needs some seriousrevamping or just shutdown all together. This place is a huge joke. Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Read more

Whoever was putting together the meals behind the counter for drive through, kept looking at me but not taking my order. Then I... hear her snickering and laughing at me, while she looks back at me. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Unacceptable foremployees to be laughing at trans people who wanting to order. I counted 5 times she looked at me and wouldn?t say a singlething. I tried to get her attention but was ignored the whole time. I had to go through drive through to even get service. Read more

Used my points to get a quarter pounder. It took 15 minutes and half burger was rare, other half was raw in the middle. The... cook told their cashier you shouldn't come to McDonald's if you don't want a raw hamburger. Both managers could care less andtold me to contact the app for a refund. Contacted the app over two weeks ago and got an automated response with no othercontact or a refund. Contact the health department if you get raw food from this McDonald's. Read more

1 star is too much if I hadn't paid for my order I would have left. Worse service hands down took 40 minutes for my order then... it was still wrong. There has to be a better way to run this franchise Read more

Everything advertises this as a 24/7 location, even the app. Yet you won?t be served after midnight, even when employees are... there. Someone needs to get it together and either make it an actual 24hr location, or be honest with the consumers who want toeat your food. At this point, branding the store in this way is a disservice to the community. Figure it out. Read more

Would love to tell everyone what I ate but 5 cars sat over 10 minutes, never got their orders taken, and we all drove away. Was... nice to see employees through windows hanging out and not taking orders. Lazy night crew just hangs out and does nothing. Theyshould close this dump. Walmart location and the East locations are better. Fire the night crew losers and just close at 11 pm. Read more

After sitting for several minutes in the drive thru line (they were busy, so that's understandable) we get to the speaker to... only be told that she couldn't take our order for 45 minutes due to a system update. It definitely seemed odd that they wouldplan something like that during business hours. Instead we had the feeling that they just didn't want to take any more orders(the snarky tone and delivery of the message pointed us in this direction). Situations like this are why so many people balkabout granting better pay. I get it, it isn't always fun working with the general public, but you should still take pride inyour job and always do your best. People notice and that's when they will rally around and demand better pay/conditions on yourbehalf. Read more
